What is the
Business Accelerator Program?
Strive Hustle Hub Business Accelerator Program is designed to help you scale up your business, and access mentorship, coaching and business networking. It links you to credible investors, gives you access to acceleration capital (finance), information, market and helps your business become stable, self-sufficient and competitive.

Who can participate?
This program targets early-stage businesses that moved beyond the early start-up phase and seek support for transitions and growth. These businesses can typically stand on their own even though there is a need for guidance and peer support to gain strength and independence. The goal is for companies to emerge ready to run independently, with strong positioning to claim a share of their target markets.

How the Business Accelerator Program works..
Strive Community Resource Centre (SCRC), through its Hustle Hub Business Training Program is implementing the business accelerator program. SCRC is a learning center that is designed to provide a wide range of business development services - business advisory, mentoring, coaching, incubation support, financial assistance, grants, etc. to both startups and early-stage businesses in Liberia.
The Business Accelerator Program is an 8 weeks of impactful and intensive business acceleration training. Participants will work with an experienced and highly successful business coach during the program. The program delivery is a hybrid of online and in-person sessions coupled with a digital course platform where you will be tasked to achieve specific tasks based on your business growth objectives.
The program will run as a cohort where you and approximately 20 others will go through the journey of revitalizing your businesses.

Program Requirements
To qualify for this program, you must meet the following criteria:
1. ​Apply by filling in the online or hardcopy application form.
2. Participate in a self-assessment process that is done in person at Strive.
3. Participate in the orientation and on-boarding session at Strive
4. Be able to attend three in-person seminars held at Strive.
5. Pay your training fees of $40.00 United States Dollars (usually done in two instalments: 50% on or before the start of the program and 50% before the end of the program).

Meet Your Coach
Mr. David Sinatue holds a MSc. Degree and Diploma in Environmental Governance from the University of Freiburg, Germany and a BA Degree in Sociology and Public Administration from the African Methodist Episcopal Zion University. He also has a background also in Small Business Management from the AME Zion University, and Entrepreneurship from ILO Entrepreneurship Academy.
He is an experienced researcher and a former Civil Society Leadership Institute Fellow at the West African Society Leadership Institute in Accra, Ghana, and a proud beneficiary of the German Academic Exchange Scholarship (DAAD), Germany.
David Kafina Sinatue is a serial entrepreneur. He is the founder of Dense Services, Dense Development Initiative, GoLocal and the Kafina Initiative. He is also a researcher, a publishing author and an adjunct lecturer at the Stella Maris Polytechnic University, AME and AME Zion Universities respectively. Mr. Sinatue is a lead trainer at the Dense Training Centre. Overtime, his work has focused on supporting inclusive economies and sustainable business systems that ensure MSMEs grow and thrive; thus, strengthening the productive capacity and improving market access for MSMEs to support employment, income and wealth creation. Also, he provides incubation support including mentorship, coaching and networking to individual, groups, businesses, associations, and social enterprises such as CSOs/CBOs.

Q1: What is the business accelerator program?
A1: The accelerator is an 8 weeks long Cohort program managed by Strive Community Resource Centre and facilitated by the Strive Hustle Hub Business Training Program. It is focused on specific business objectives. During this impactful program, participants take part in regular in-person and virtual training and discussion sessions with the training facilitator, coach, mentor and get direct access to additional support.
Q2: When does registration to the program start?
A2: Registration starts on 1st September 2022.
Q3: When will the registration end?
A3: Registration to the next cohort ends on October 7, 2022.
Q4: When will the training start?
A4: The training will start on October 14, 2022.
Q5: What time will the training start?
A5: The training usually starts at 12:00 – 15:00 GMT every Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, there may be some adjustments in the time if there is a need to do so.
Q6: How do I access the program?
A6: The program will be delivered primarily in-person training at the Strive Hustle Hub training facility. It may also be held live session on Zoom, Google Team, WhatsApp, Strive YouTube Channel or other means that will be recommended. There will also be monthly in-person seminar sessions and in-person 1-1 sessions with your coach.
Q7: How do I know if this program is for me?
A7: If you have a business that is stuck and in desperate need of growth, then this program is for you.
Q8: How do I know this is going to work?
A8: The truth is you don't know this is going to work, and you won't know until you try. What I can tell you that everyone that has come through this program AND has done the work has successfully achieved their business goals.
